Expiration Date:                       October 10, 2021

1.     Interim Policy Purpose

Interim Policy 1200- Interim 05, Interim: Vacation, Compensatory Time and Personal Holiday Carryover, granted the ability to carryover leave balances scheduled to expire on June 30, 2020.  This policy was originally adopted April 27, 2020 and was applicable to personal holidays granted for fiscal year 2020 and vacation carried over from fiscal year 2019.  Given the operational considerations which may have limited an employee’s ability to utilize their paid time off entitlements, this interim policy grants one final extension for the use of carried over vacation time. There will be no further extension to the fiscal year 2020 personal holiday.
