{"id":142,"date":"2014-10-15T14:36:31","date_gmt":"2014-10-15T19:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/trust-funds\/?page_id=142"},"modified":"2021-11-10T15:34:48","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T21:34:48","slug":"procedures-for-creating-changing-and-closing-fund-161-trust-fund-projects-on-sfs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/trust-funds\/policies-procedures\/procedures-for-creating-changing-and-closing-fund-161-trust-fund-projects-on-sfs\/","title":{"rendered":"Creating, Changing, or Closing Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"cfct-build-142\" class=\"cfct-build grid\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12 cfct-block\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"cfct-module uwsa-rich-text\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"cfct-mod-content copy\"><p>Applicable for Fund 161 Trust Fund Projects on the Shared Financial System (SFS):<\/p>\n<h3>New Project Set Up<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Send all requests for new fund 161 projects to 780 Regent Street, 2nd floor, Madison, WI 53715 or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/offices\/office-of-finance\/trust-funds\/#staff\">via email<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Trust Funds staff will assign the number and return the information to the person at the campus requesting the new project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Set up for fund 162 for ALL CAMPUSES will be done by Trust Funds staff.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes or Closures to Project<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All changes or requests to close a fund 161\/162 project MUST be sent to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/offices\/office-of-finance\/trust-funds\/#staff\">Office of Trust Funds staff<\/a> for approval and verification that the change\/closure can be made according to the terms and conditions of the project. Changes can include: addition or deletion of a UDDS, activity code, account name, or start\/end dates.
