Cancel Feature for Travel Arrangers<\/strong>
Travel arrangers can now cancel submitted requests with the click of a button\u2014except after ticketing. The cancellation will trigger email notifications to both the arranger and traveler. Cancelled requests are clearly marked, and the cancel option disappears once the trip is booked.<\/p>\nCopy Feature for Reuse and Corrections<\/strong>
Need to submit similar requests for multiple guests or correct an earlier form? You can now copy an existing request to save time. Date fields will clear automatically for any past travel.<\/p>\nAutomated Approval Reminders<\/strong>
To reduce delays, approval reminders are now automatically sent every four hours. These include the pre-ticket itinerary and continue until the request is approved or the approval window expires. If a request expires, both the approver and arranger are notified, and a warning appears on the request.<\/p>\nImproved Search Performance<\/strong>
We\u2019ve optimized the UW Travel Request Dashboard to reduce delays and remove unnecessary search criteria, making it faster and easier to locate requests.<\/p>\nLocator Now Easier to Spot<\/strong>
The locator number is now bolded, larger, and highlighted in red in the initial request email.<\/p>\nColor-Coded Invoice Statuses<\/strong>
Invoices now display color-coded status labels, offering quick visual cues for processing and tracking.<\/p>\n
