With the recent change of travel agencies from Fox World Travel to Travel Incorporated, UW Travel Services recently completed a comprehensive review of Concur profiles. Those with a missing credit card designate for Air Travel were sent a notification. We realize many people are not traveling right now; however, this is a good time to make sure your Concur profile is complete and current. Credit cards are required to make reservations in Concur (online booking tool) and with a consultant (agent).
Action: Please log into your Concur profile and add a credit card. If required by your institution, please be sure to add the appropriate University Purchase Card or University Corporate Card. Then be sure to set a default card for each type of reservation (air/car/hotel). Watch how to update your Concur profile video for additional assistance.
