Hilton Honors Member, Marriott Rapid Rewards and Radisson Group chainwide discounts are now being displayed in Concur. Important details for each program:
Hilton Honors Member Rates
- Member rates will be viewable and available in Concur
- Concur will NOT factor in whether the traveler has a Hilton Honors program number
- If the traveler books the rate and they’re not a member, they must sign up at the front desk at check-in or prior to arrival (Hilton will not honor the rate if the loyalty number is not in the reservation)
Marriott Rapid Rewards
- Member rates will be viewable and available in Concur
- Concur will NOT factor in whether the traveler has a Marriott program number
- Missing or incorrect numbers may prompt an error message
- If the traveler books the rate and they’re not a member, they must sign up at the front desk at check-in or prior to arrival (Marriott will not honor the rate if the loyalty number is not in the reservation)
Radisson Group – Negotiated Fox Chainwide Discount
- Chainwide Discount of 10%
- Client negotiated property rates will remain primary
- Select properties offering discounts up to 20%
