  •  2019 Lodging Program: Contracts have been awarded to accommodate individual sleeping rooms within Wisconsin and for the UW’s top domestic locations including, Washington D.C., Boston, Orlando and Los Angeles.  To implement the new contracts requires that each property load UW rates to their respective reservation systems for display in Concur and this work is underway.  Contracts include the following – State government rates & UW negotiated rates at increased/firm availability, late cancellation with waived or reduced penalty, and complementary inclusions (WI-FI, airport/local transport, parking, full breakfast).  In addition, the UW System has continued participating in both the NASPO/WSCA lodging program and the GSA/Federal Government’s staterates program. Both of these programs provided nationwide contract rates at or below federal government maximums.  A current list of the preferred properties for 2019 is attached. There will be a few more additions to the list, including the Holiday Inn in La Crosse which has indicated they will submit their bid as soon as possible.
