For Databases with multiple instances, patching will happen in a rolling fashion. Nevertheless, loss of user connection is possible during this work. Services impacted include: Academic Navigator Advising Gateway Agronomy &#8211; Midwest Invasive Plant Control Database (MIPN) Agronomy &#8211; PATDB APO Award Forms\/Staff Development (staffdev) [&hellip;]<\/div><\/li><li class='wp-block-rss__item'><div class='wp-block-rss__item-title'><a href='https:\/\/outages.wisconsin.edu\/outage\/94d0a79cf2865822adbf0542958f7bd662aa75e79e'>Database updates &#8211; Non-Production Environments<\/a><\/div><time datetime=\"2026-07-29T09:37:00-05:00\" class=\"wp-block-rss__item-publish-date\">July 29, 2026<\/time> <div class=\"wp-block-rss__item-excerpt\">Updates will be made to a number of databases, this will will cause a brief outage for the databases at the end of the work. Production environments are not affected. Development, Test, or QA databases are impacted for the following services: CAOS &#8211; Curricular and Academic Operational Store Enterprise Content Management Service (ECMS) FASTAR &#8211; [&hellip;]<\/div><\/li><li class='wp-block-rss__item'><div class='wp-block-rss__item-title'><a href='https:\/\/outages.wisconsin.edu\/outage\/94d32df8d4a5e77e5873764a21848d2774c34764c2'>Database Patching &#8211; Many Services Impacted<\/a><\/div><time datetime=\"2026-07-16T11:39:00-05:00\" class=\"wp-block-rss__item-publish-date\">July 16, 2026<\/time> <div class=\"wp-block-rss__item-excerpt\">Oracle will be performing maintenance and patching the nodes of hosting database clusters. There will be rolling outages between nodes. While there should be no interruption, it is possible services will be impacted by this work.
