The over-arching goal is to foster a culture that supports a sense of belonging and well-being for all students to support student success. Trainings began in 2021 and have thus far focused on meeting the needs of students of color, LGBTQ+ students, and students on the autism spectrum. We welcome faculty and staff from all disciplines and backgrounds to attend and participate in these trainings.

Conference Details

Date & Time: November 15th, 2024, 8:45am – 3:30pm (Registration Opens at 8:00 AM with light coffee service)
Location: University of Wisconsin-Stout, Memorial Student Center (This is an In-Person-Only event to maximize attendee engagement)
Intended Audience: Universities of Wisconsin Staff and Faculty
Cost: FREE (costs covered by Universities of Wisconsin behavioral health initiative)

Program Schedule (Subject to Change as Details are Finalized)

Culturally Responsive Approaches to Mental Health Conference Program

Presenter Materials

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

CEUs will be available for medical, mental health, and health education professionals.

Cost will be covered by participants and totals $23 for the full day.
