The UW System Navigate Project Team and EAB are addressing interests for cross-institution collaborations and practice-sharing in Spring 2021 and have identified the first Thursday of March, April and May for our Navigate community to gather and discuss shared interests and strategies. The focus of each session has been based on institutional input and questions.<\/p>\n
This third session focused on sharing the structure and components of key Navigate-Student promotion strategies. We specifically focused discussion around how Navigate-Student is promoted during orientation, through marketing materials, and other year-round messaging. Discussion prompts also included sharing challenges and needs to sustain or revitalize promotion efforts.<\/p>\n
A link for the Zoom meeting and agenda was sent to Navigate Program Owners, with an invitation to forward the information to their teams as appropriate. In addition, the link and agenda were shared with those who have been identified previously as Workflow & Training Leads and Communications & Promotion Leads, as well as to UW System Advising Center Directors.<\/p>\n
