The platform is designed to enable advisers, faculty and support staff to provide students with more targeted, personalized, timely contacts and resources and to empower students to reach their goals. While Navigate users will extend beyond advisers, this project supports <a href=\"https:\/\/uwrestructuring.cmail19.com\/t\/j-i-xiudjtd-l-r\/\">UW System 360 Advising<\/a> priorities and strategies to expand high quality, proactive advising to improve retention and graduation rates.<\/p>\n<p>Navigate benefits include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Targeted proactive case management and communications<\/li>\n<li>Students\u2019 mobile access to guidance on academic and career planning<\/li>\n<li>Improved analytics to inform strategies supporting student success<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The UW System project team is collaborating with UW institutions and EAB consultants to implement Navigate. Project team objectives include to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate cross-institutional opportunities for collaboration focused on emerging issues<\/li>\n<li>Address shared challenges, insights, strategies and solutions and provide system recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Leverage all Navigate implementations and create efficiencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Webinars and on-site visits by EAB consultants and UW System project team representatives will begin in spring 2019. Early work will focus on technology integration.
