DESCRIPTION:Topic: Maximizing Faculty’s Impact in Coordinated Care \nDescription: Across the Universities of Wisconsin\, institutions have made significant investments building strong Coordinated Care Networks within Navigate360. This network serves as the foundation for effective and efficient student interventions. A continued consideration is how to meaningfully integrate faculty into the Coordinated Care Network.
