DESCRIPTION:Description: In this Q&A-style webinar\, Kristen Swaney\, UAlbany’s Assistant Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Director of Academic Advising\, will share how her institution’s partnership with Navigate allowed them to: \n\n\nDevelop a user-friendly progress report system where faculty can flag students in need of support and ensure they are contacted by the right person at the right time\nPrioritize student privacy with permissions that restrict access as appropriate based on each user’s role\nEngage students and foster a greater sense of belongingness with self-service tools connecting them to peer networks and on-demand resources\nPreserve $2.4 million in tuition and fees from a 12 percentage-point higher retention rate for students who received follow-up support through progress report campaigns–a win they credit to their partnership with Navigate\n\nRegistration: Required in advance here.
