SUMMARY:EAB Feature Spotlight: V3 Student Scheduler
DESCRIPTION:Description: This past winter\, Navigate released a new and improved scheduling experience for students called the V3 Scheduler. You can view the V3 scheduler in your Training Site (some of you may already be using it in Production\, too). EAB wants to be sure everyone feels ready and excited to use the new scheduler by the summertime when it will automatically be turned on in your site. Join this Feature Spotlight for front end demos and back-end configurations tips as you continue to explore and use the new scheduler. \nRegistration: Required in advance. \nStep 1: Go to the EAB website: www.eab.com. \nStep 2: On the top right of the homepage\, click the “Log In” button\, then select “Create an Account.” \nStep 3: On the registration page\, you will be prompted to enter your institutional email (e.g.\, your .edu email address)\, your institution’s country\, city\, state\, and zip code. Once you’ve input this information\, select your institution from the organization drop down list and click on the button that says “Go to Step 2.” NOTE: If your institution does not appear in the drop-down list\, send an email to eabhelp@eab.com for assistance. \nStep 4: Check your .edu email inbox (including junk and/or spam folders) for an email from EAB.com to verify your email address and create a password for your account. SUMMARY:UW System Spring Community of Practice Session: Sharing Navigate-Student Promotion Strategies
DESCRIPTION:The UW System Navigate Project Team and EAB are addressing interests for cross-institution collaborations and practice-sharing in Spring 2021 and have identified the first Thursday of March\, April and May for our Navigate community to gather and discuss shared interests and strategies. The focus of each session has been based on institutional input and questions. \nThis third session focused on sharing the structure and components of key Navigate-Student promotion strategies. We specifically focused discussion around how Navigate-Student is promoted during orientation\, through marketing materials\, and other year-round messaging. Discussion prompts also included sharing challenges and needs to sustain or revitalize promotion efforts. \nA link for the Zoom meeting and agenda was sent to Navigate Program Owners\, with an invitation to forward the information to their teams as appropriate.
