SUMMARY:UW System Spring Community of Practice Session: Progress Reports\, Alerts\, and Case Management
DESCRIPTION:The UW System Navigate Project Team and EAB are addressing interests for cross-institution collaborations and practice-sharing in Spring 2021 and have identified the first Thursday of March\, April and May for our Navigate community to gather and discuss shared interests and strategies. \nBased on institutions’ interests and questions\, the focus of the second session was Progress Reports\, Alerts\, and Case Management. This time focused on understanding the structure and elements of successful and sustainable responses to alerts and progress reports and included discussion time in small groups about how to deploy follow-up or case workflows on your campus. Discussion prompts also included sharing strategies and challenges in construction and maintenance of these workflows. \nPlease address any questions to sbuth@uwsa.edu. \nAfter the event\, please complete this brief evaluation. \nFind PPT and resources shared under UW System Webinars in Project Team Resources: Professional Development. \n
