Klein is an attorney and shareholder with the national law firm of Polsinelli.\u00a0 Klein has served as general counsel to acute care hospitals, multi-provider health care systems, multi-specialty clinics, managed care companies and health insurance companies for more than 30 years.\u00a0 She has experience in regional and national transactions involving health care providers and health insurance companies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;margin: 0in 0in 8.25pt 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #333333\">Klein is Board Chair of Milwaukee Film and a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee.\u00a0 She served as a member of the Board of Visitors of the UW-Madison Political Science Department from 2010 to April 2016 and is also a past member of the advisory board for the College of Health Sciences at UW-Milwaukee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;margin: 0in 0in 8.25pt 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif;color: #333333\">Klein graduated from UW-Madison in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and received her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1984.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Term of Appointment: \u00a0May 2016 &#8211; May 2023 tklein@uwsa.edu &nbsp; Tracey L.
