Currently serving as Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Mississippi, he oversees business operations, financial strategy, technology, facilities, and state relations for a flagship enterprise generating over $950 million in annual revenues with a $2.6 billion physical footprint and a $1.3 billion capital construction portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A first-generation college graduate and community college transfer student, Dr. Holley earned an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, where his research focused on apply social capital in higher education leadership.
