ShopUW+, UW System’s new cloud-based purchasing and payables platform, was successfully launched on April 16. ShopUW+ replaces Shop@UW and individual campus systems to make it easier for shoppers to place and track orders, and reduce the time spent searching, buying, and approving purchases.

For Phase 1 of the project, the PMO worked with UW-Madison’s Project Portfolio Management Office to provide project management, change management coordination, and communication services to launch the new cloud-based platform. The PMO is assisting in establishing the day-to-day operations of the new platform. For Phase 2 of the project, which will include creating additional enhancements and tools, the PMO continues to provide project management, change management support, and communication services. Follow the progress of the project on the Procure-to-Pay Automation project website.
