The UPS Project Team and Work Groups have completed their recommendations for the new University Personnel System and they want your feedback!  The Work Group recommendations outline simple, consistent, and coherent policies and procedures that will enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent focused on the mission of the University. Included in the system are human resource strategies and plans for staffing, compensation, training, performance management, diversity and legal compliance.  The next step in the UPS development is to share the recommendations with all UW employees and collect their suggestions on the recommendations.
