Prior to teaching, I worked in the industry for about 8 years. I have lived in 10 different states all across the US. In addition to working with students, the best part about my job are the opportunities for continuous learning and improvement. I love creating courses with direct involvement from the industry. I just finished offering a course in Medical Product Design with collaboration from the Med Device industry in the Twin Cities. Currently I am creating a hands-on course in the area of Laser Material Processing and improving my own knowledge on the subject. I love spending my free time with my wife and 2.5 year old son. I also love playing beach volleyball, ping pong, and badminton.
