Diane Reddy is Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and Professor of Psychology at UWM. Her expertise has been recognized with opportunities to conduct national training workshops on best practices in learning and deliver many featured talks. She created U-Pace instruction, a personalized, mastery-based, and student-centered approach to online education that has been recognized with seven national awards for innovation. In addition, Diane is the recipient of seven teaching awards, including the 2007 UW System Regents Teaching Excellence Award.
