Leave should be reported on or before the day the leave is taken. If no leave is taken enter a \u201cNo Leave Taken\u201d after the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>Missing leave reports must be submitted by September 30, 2025 for fiscal year July 2024 through June 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to submit leave reports will result in a permanent reduction of sick leave hours.\u00a0<strong>Even one<\/strong>\u00a0unsubmitted leave report will reduce an employee\u2019s sick leave balance resulting in less sick leave available to use if needed.<\/p>\n<p>Long term, a reduction of sick leave hours will result in fewer hours available for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisconsin.edu\/ohrwd\/benefits\/sick-leave-credit-conversion-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sick Leave Credit Conversion Program<\/a>\u00a0which allows employees to pay for health insurance in retirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I Know if I have Missing Leave Reports?<\/strong><br \/>\nEmployees with missing leave reports receive email reminders every two weeks listing their missing reports. Employees can sign into <a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__http:\/myworkday.wisconsin.edu\/__;!!Mak6IKo!OEz2_D9sqfzbC2A6lI8XSDuXD63AM6HdK772ocSyUBWiuq-2l0FxXZZXepnvV5XCe8CcncZ9DQs--vgUsvryzfZG1wtvZfS6fIwRbEg$\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">myworkday.wisconsin.edu<\/a> to check for missing leave reports at any time.<\/p>\n<p>To check for missing leave reports and to enter No Leave Taken, follow the steps in <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/150286\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reporting No Leave Taken-Employee (KB 150286)<\/a>.
