Project Governance Structure
Board of Regents
The Board of Regents consists of 18 members who are responsible for establishing policies and rules for governing the UW System.
Executive Sponsors
The project is envisioned by the Executive Sponsors are responsible for the highest levels of project oversight.

TTC Planning Team
This planning team is composed of members from the University of Wisconsin System and UW-Madison to enact the visioning of the Executive Sponsors. The TTC Planning Team provides updates to the Advisory Council and directs the UW System and UW-Madison Project Teams.

UW System Steering Committee
The UW System Steering Committee is made up of the Human Resources Directors and Human Resources Staff actively working on this project at each institution.
Project Teams
Every institution has a project team that includes Academic Staff, University Staff, Faculty, and Human Resources Staff. Project teams engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Feedback flows back through the structure to the UW System Steering Committee and TTC Planning Team. In addition, the Advisory Council meets monthly and provides ongoing input to inform the work.
