The UW-Green Bay TTC project team continues to provide all employees updates in their weekly HR Connect Newsletter (11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/21) that links to their TTC webpage and blog. The team keeps local business and finance Directors in the area updated on the project to foster community relationships, which can be supported with the long-term goals of the Title and Total Compensation Project of finding ways to attract and retain top talent. Open Forums were held (for all employees, all Sheboygan Campus employees, all Marinette Campus employees) to engage in a dialogue about the most current project components like the Standard Job Description review and the Employee Benefits Preferences Survey. The TTC project team also regularly engages with the Shared Governance of Academic, Faculty. and University Staff to provide a high level overview of the current project status.
