Submit a Helpdesk Ticket

Use this form to submit a ticket to the Helpdesk. Tickets may report a problem or inquire on an IT related topic. Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive an automated response. The UWSA Helpdesk tries to respond to all issues within 24 hours. You can also submit a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@uwsa.edu.
  • Enter a UWSA or UW System institution e-mail address at which we can contact you.
  • Enter a brief (one sentence) description of your inquiry or issue.
  • Provide as much detail as possible about your inquiry or technical issue. Describe any error messages you are receiving, and tag number if the issue with a computer or device.
