To begin your request, please download the\u00a0\u201d External Application Request and Scoring Rubric<\/a>. Complete step 1 of the rubric and save the file. Please include the name of the external application in the file name. This file will be uploaded via the form below.\u00a0 Please note that new application requests can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months to complete, depending on the tool and its complexity. Send a copy of the UWS DLE Interoperability Addendum<\/a> to the vendor for review and signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> The DLE third-party application vetting process does not<\/strong> replace any UW System procurement processes or requirements.  Application approval by the DLE team does not grant procurement authority.  A tool required for integration with the DLE should have a signed third-party tool application agreement in place prior to purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
