A snapshot of COVID-19 on-campus testing from each UW System university is published through Friday, May 21, 2021 in the Daily On-Campus COVID-19 Testing report.
Metrics available in the daily report include: (1) total test results received and (2) positive test results received.
Revised September, 16, 2020 - Does not reflect tests administered on a given day, rather it shows results received by 8:00 a.m. the following morning from on-campus testing. This measure is more consistent across campuses, as some labs are able to provide a faster turn around time on PCR testing than others. Results include both PCR and antigen type tests. For additional views of test result data, please refer to individual campus dashboards.
Revised January 19, 2021 – Represents only results from tests administered on campus for the campus community (primarily students, but also on-site staff). It does not reflect tests of students or staff conducted in the community or at other medical facilities. Only diagnostically confirmed positive results, as defined by Wisconsin DHS, are included.
Revised September 21, 2020 - Percentage is in no way intended to represent the ratio of positive cases compared to the full student body or campus community. It reflects testing administered to both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals. May include positive test results using both antigen and PCR testing for the same student.
Weekly figure averages data from the past seven days. Report on this figure begins week of September 14, 2020.
