Compliance

Please contact your institution’s matrix administrator for reassigning and editing obligations when:

  • You feel an obligation has been improperly assigned to you and should be reassigned to someone else
  • You are a supervisor and wish to reassign obligations amongst your staff or to another business unit
  • You or your staff have transitioned to a new role within the institution and no longer have responsibility for the assigned obligation(s)
  • You will be transitioning out of employment with the institution and the obligation needs to be reassigned
  • You have identified information that is incorrect and needs to be updated (e.g., due dates, summary information)
  • You are aware of compliance obligations that are not listed in the matrix and you wish to have them added

Supervisors should be involved in any decision to reassign an obligation.
