We offer our university partners guidance and expertise in capital planning, budgeting, and architectural\/engineering services to assist them in developing and maintaining their facilities. Our office also develops the Board of Regents biennial capital budget request and submits it to the Department of Administration for its recommendation as part of the governor&#8217;s biennial state
