Grab your phone and record a short video telling us why your UW is the place for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fall, our campaign will be featuring <strong>UW-Parkside, UW-Stevens Point, UW-Superior, and UW-Whitewater. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>*Important Note*<\/strong> Submissions with higher engagement will receive stronger consideration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uwsa-background-color-block angle-top alignfull has-dark-gray-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Enter?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for the &#8220;Why UW?&#8221; Scholarship Video Campaign, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student at one of the four participating Universities of Wisconsin at the time you submit your video and remain enrolled through Spring 2027.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and submit an original video specifically for the <strong>&#8220;WHY UW?&#8221; Scholarship Video Campaign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the scholarship video campaign registration form, including the required releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not submit content created as part of a paid university communications, marketing, or social media position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit only one entry. Engagement may include reactions, comments, shares, and other indicators of audience interaction. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submissions with higher engagement will receive stronger consideration.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engagements will be reviewed by the UWs post submission deadline. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final scholarship selections will be made at the sole discretion of the Universities of Wisconsin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each winner will receive a <strong>$1,000 scholarship<\/strong> from the Universities of Wisconsin for the spring 2027 semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scholarships are applied directly to your financial aid package &#8211; <em>Please be aware that any scholarship funding will be included in your financial aid and may have an affect on other aid previously received.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scholarships are non-transferable and hold no cash value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video submissions\u2014regardless of whether they are chosen as scholarship winners\u2014may be selected for resharing through campus and administration social media platforms and for adaptation for use in other University marketing efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winners will be contacted via email by <a href=\"mailto:UniversityRelations@wisconsin.edu\">UniversityRelations@wisconsin.edu<\/a> and by phone call if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Enter<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify, students must complete <strong>both steps<\/strong> below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.
