UW-Green Bay is delivering professional training to the Marinette region. Six workshops are offered on wide-ranging topics from AI to Real Colors\u00ae and integrate hard and soft skills. Workshops will be a fit for entrepreneurs and professionals with responsibilities in operations, human resource management or new business development.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmpowering our Marinette region with business and professional training is vital for fostering growth and innovation,\u201d says Jess Lambrecht, Executive Officer, Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Training, UW-Green Bay. \u201cBy taking suggestions from our business community, offering a wide range of options and keeping costs minimal, we invite all to participate and engage in learning to strengthen their skills for the future. We are committed to providing lifelong learning access for all professions, industries and community members.\u201d<\/p>\n

The workshops take place in-person on the UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus, and are offered to the community at a nominal fee. If you are a member of the Marinette Menominee Chamber of Commerce or Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, you can register in at a discount. Workshop fee includes lunch.<\/p>\n

May 14, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. \u2013 Reignite: Strategies for Overcoming Burnout<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn the four behavioral changes contributing to burnout and how to respond. Build resilience and navigate through change with ease.<\/p>\n

May 16, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. \u2013 Effective Talent Acquisition Strategies<\/strong><\/p>\n

Discover the key to attracting top talent. We will delve into the four pillars of talent acquisition: 1. Full cycle recruitment. 2. College recruitment. 3. DEI recruitment. 4. Social media and branding recruitment.<\/p>\n

May 23, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. \u2013 Demystifying AI in Business<\/strong><\/p>\n

Designed for professionals seeking clarity on how artificial intelligence (AI) can revolutionize operations, drive innovation and enhance decision-making, this workshop will explore the practical applications of AI in various business domains.<\/p>\n

May 30, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. \u2013 Real Colors\u00ae<\/strong><\/p>\n

Real Colors\u00ae is a fun, interactive workshop that will provide you with skills to understand human behavior that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.<\/p>\n
