Governor's approval has been requested and received for waiver of sealed bid procedures for entering into contracts necessary to provide travel accommodations for athletic teams that are invited to participate in unanticipated post-season athletic tournaments. You are authorized to sign contracts and issue orders for such travel.

Remember, whenever possible utilize MBE travel agencies as a part of this RPA.

Please remember that a copy of each order which you issue which references this or any other systemwide waiver should be sent to UW System Procurement Office.
