Consolidated Services
OSLP provides all UW System campuses with representation on the multi-agency Hazardous Waste Standards Committee, which sets the contract terms and scope for our hazardous waste disposal activities. We conduct audits of hazardous waste disposal facilities, and represent UW System needs for the statewide hazardous and universal waste disposal contracts. We also serve on ad hoc and regulatory committees of special interest, and maintain networks with other environmental management organizations serving Wisconsin and the college/university sector.

Our office helps to create the hazardous material and waste training offered to State of Wisconsin employees each spring at various locations across the state. We also assist with some other multi-campus general training needs, such as the hazmat shipper training offered in 2004.
