Controlled Substance Disposal

To dispose of a registered controlled substance, the registrant must complete DEA Form 41. The registered controlled substance must remain in possession of the registrant until retrieved by Veolia. Notify Veolia you have a registered controlled substance when you request a pickup.
Legacy controlled substance disposal
Legacy controlled substances are substances that are listed on one of the US Drug Enforcement Agency's (DEA) Controlled Substance Schedules, but are unregistered.
