3017 - COLLECTION AGENCY FEES
(Include Social Security #/Tax Identification # for payments to individuals, sole proprietorships or partnerships)
Payments to collection agencies for their percentage share including litigation costs for all student loan accounts receivable and other receivables. For nonreimbursable or reimbursable legal fees, refer to Code 3222. Refer to UWSA Office of Procurement for policy guidance.


3142 - LAUNDRY AND CLEANING SERVICES

Costs of laundering, dry cleaning, clean towel service and dust mop service.


3143 - HOUSEKEEPING, JANITORIAL AND GROUNDS SERVICES

All expenditures for services such as rubbish/garbage and snow removal, sanitation services, window washing, floor cleaning and exterminator service provided by private vendors or internally. For services provided by an individual, sole proprietorship or partnership, use Code 3011.


3222 - SERVICES - MISCELLANEOUS - PROVIDED EXTERNALLY


3230 - FREIGHT

Charges for incoming and outgoing freight shipments by common carriers, such as UPS, Federal Express, Purolator, etc., including customs charges and package express that are not applicable to vendor purchases. Include mailing services provided by private vendors. For services provided by the U.S. Post Office, use Code 3022.


3800 - PRINTING AND DUPLICATING (Encumbrance to UW-Printing only)

Do not use as an expenditure code. Use only for encumbering requisitions sent to UW-Printing for printing/duplicating.

3865 - PRINTING AND DUPLICATING PERFORMED BY UW/STATE DEPARTMENTS

All expenditures for printing, typesetting and duplicating performed by UW/state printing operations. This includes setup and printing services, Copy Center charges, Central Print Shop services, WISCOMP and paper charges. Included are informational publications, forms, classroom materials, stationery, resale publications, student publications, etc.


3870 - PRINTING AND DUPLICATING PERFORMED BY PRIVATE VENDORS

All expenditures for printing, typesetting and duplicating performed by commercial suppliers. This includes informational publications, forms, classroom materials, stationery, resale publications, student publications, customized data processing forms, etc.
