Contract Travel Agencies

The State Bureau of Procurement has contracted with Fox World Travel for employees to book business travel online.

The effective date of mandatory contracts - November 1, 2005

Visit the UW System Corporate Travel Center to learn more about Cliqbook.

Employees using Cliqbook for the first time must register and complete a traveler profile to gain access to Cliqbook. Check your institution's travel website for details or contact your institution travel coordinator for further information for registration information.

The Cliqbook self-booking tool should be used by all travelers and travel arrangers who choose to book airfare over the internet.

If a lower airfare is found on another commercial website or airline site, you may purchase the lower fare but, in accordance with State and UW procurement rules, you must then provide written documentation to substantiate the claim - in the form of a print screen from the Cliqbook quote which shows the flight price and that the same search criteria (airport, schedule, date, time, etc.) was used. Attach the Cliqbook pricing information to your claim for reimbursement or, if payment is made with the purchasing card, to the statement or transaction log.

Note: Acceptance of a lower fare from a non-contract vendor should be weighed against the lost benefits (fare auditor, unused ticket inventory, 24-hour traveler assistance, etc.) of not using our tool, Cliqbook.
