UW-La Crosse, in conjunction with other UW System campuses, is working to develop learning objectives (LOs) for the digital age.

The nonpartisan, statewide organization Competitive Wisconsin argues that the future of economic development is through developing more bachelor's degree holders and retaining brainpower in the state.
