UW-La Crosse Chancellor, Joe Gow, wrote a letter to the UW-La Crosse Foundation Board seeking answers about the planned Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex; Gow also announced that he and his wife will donate $15,000 to the project in honor of their fathers.
