The Winnebago County Board overwhelmingly voted to contribute $5.3 million to assist UW-Fox Valley in constructing a new communication arts and theater building.

UW-Milwaukee, a longtime pioneer of so-called "hybrid learning," in which students experience both classroom and online instruction, will use a new grant to develop a host of new hybrid degree programs.
