The UW System Board of Regents is expected to confirm Joe Gow's appointment as new chancellor of UW-La Crosse; Gow currently serves as interim president of Nebraska Wesleyan University.

"Enrollment drops at UW-Marshfield/Wood County," Marshfield News Herald, Nov. 4.

UW-Marshfield/Wood County Dean Andy Keogh said he is not concerned about this year's enrollment decline as a long-term issue; the campus is still serving more students than five years ago.
