UW-Stout Chancellor Charles Sorensen expects a normal recovery after undergoing triple bypass heart surgery.

UW-Madison Associate Vice Chancellor Virginia Sapiro, a finalist for chancellor at UW-La Crosse, said she would seek input from all parties before beginning campus projects.

The recently reinstated UW-Milwaukee Student Association suspended a member of the student Senate who is at the center of an investigation.

Some UW-Madison faculty are excited about the increased ability to share information through a Google project to digitize many campus documents.

UW-Madison lecturer Kevin Barrett spoke at UW-Oshkosh last week, saying the academic environment is ideal for questioning what occurred on Sept. 11, 2001 because scholars are trained as critical thinkers.
