UW-Milwaukee is having success in raising its profile and expanding the campus, according to Chancellor Carlos Santiago.

UW-Madison officials said one campus group was denied recognition as a student organization, and thus cannot receive segregated-fee funding, because only three of its 12 board members are UW-Madison students; the group could gain official recognition if it restructures its board.
