"Colleges agree to admission plan," Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Sept. 7.
UW System President Kevin Reilly stressed the importance of a college education in joining Gov. Jim Doyle to sign a memorandum of understanding for the Wisconsin Covenant, a financial aid program under which students who maintain a good GPA, take challenging high school courses and demonstrate good citizenship will be guaranteed a spot in Wisconsin higher education.
