State

All state citizens should contribute to the Wisconsin GI Bill -- a state program that will pay for itself many times over by investing in the education of veterans.

UW officials testified Tuesday in the trial of a state worker accused of wrongdoing as chair of a committee that evaluated state and university travel contracts.
