On Campus

"Dorm plan to move forward," Baraboo News Republic, March 22.

Members of the Sauk County Board voted to give $100,000 to UW-Baraboo/Sauk County for the construction of a new campus residence hall, which Dean Michael Brophy said would help build a stronger student community on campus.

"Unlike some universities, UW has no current plans to open minority financial aid to all undergrads," Daily Cardinal, March 22.

UW-Madison officials said because many scholarships are funded by donations or are controlled by individual campus departments, the campus is not working to make aid reserved for certain students available to all.

State
