Student Transfer from the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) to the UW System

General Education Courses - Preliminary Equivalency Matrix The Preliminary Equivalency Matrix provides a mechanism for UW institutions to share initial transfer determinations for the current phase of the WTCS general education courses under review. As your institution makes transfer determinations, please fill in the information in a copy of the equivalency matrix below and email the matrix to gbergman@uwsa.edu. In turn, the information will be updated in the Preliminary Equivalency Matrix. The matrix is password-protected; the user name and password have been provided to authorized users only.
